Here I would like for you
to learn more about How I Coach. It is important that you understand the basics of a coaching relationship knowing that the specifics of addressing
your needs will be customized for you.
Please feel free to review the Background Questionnaire that I will ask you to complete once we agree to work together. If you’d like, you are welcome to complete it
before communicating with me so that I may have a good basis of where you are working, what position you are responsible for
caring out, and how you got to that leadership role.
Once your background information has been gathered
and we have gotten to learn a bit about each other, I will initiate our relationship having you go through several exercises.
These exercises will not be completed all in one swoop, but developed over the first 6 months. These assessments and
evolving documents include:
Personal Values Assessment
Corporate Values Assessment
Priorities
Worksheet
Time Audit
Personal SWOT
Corporate SWOT
Personal Vision & Mission
Depending upon how we believe we should complete these assessments, we may include your superiors,
peers, colleagues, subordinates, and family members to get a complete picture. More on this as we progress.
As a part of our agreement
to working together, I will be making assignments for you. In order to be ready for our scheduled conversation each week,
I will ask that you send me a completed Session Preparation Form updating me on your progress so we can save time on the phone.
Finally, so you will know that I
have gone through all that I will be asking of you, please feel free to review my Personal Vision, Mission & More. It is a great deal of insight that I have adopted from all of the formal training I have received from the military,
my Master’s and Doctoral training, my professional development, other sources of personal development, my faith as a
Christian, and my personal life and work experiences.
I hope this answers some of your questions, but if not please
feel free to call or email me directly. You may also learn more by going to the For Your Benefit page.
